DOP - Tavoliere

This robust Riserva spends 10-12 months aging in French oak barrels and 2 months in bottle. The result is scents of vanilla with great structure and body, along with soft tannins, then a round and clean finish.Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C with soups, meat dishes and pasta dishes.
This pale greenish-yellow Fiano is fresh and lively, radiating citrus scents with a full bouquet of apple and citrus fruits. Serve at a temperature of 12° C with fish dishes, seafood, and shellfish.
IGP - Puglia
After 10 months in French oak casks, this bold Negroamaro features a complex bouquet with great structure and body, as well as flavors of dried fruits, wild cherry, plum, and spices. Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C with delicate soups, roasts, cheese, meat dishes and pastas.

Aged for 8-10 months in French tonneaux and 1 month in bottle, this lovely Primitivo is fruity with notes of maraschino cherries, blackberries, plums, and jam, along with asmooth taste with very good structure and complexity. Serve at a temperature of 18-20° C with soups, meat dishes and pastas
